Refund Policy

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on any ATHX competitor or spectator tickets. Please see our policy on competitor tickets below;

If you are unable to compete because of an injury or other unavoidable situation you can either...

• Ask to switch to another 2024 ATHX event if;

• There are competitor spaces available in another event
• It is more than 14 days away from the ATHX event you have originally entered

Or;

• Sell and transfer your place to another competitor and/or pair, if;

• It is more than 72 hours away from the start of the event
• Please e-mail hello@athxgames.com to inform us of the change of names, date of births and e-mail addresses of the new athlete(s)

If your partner is injured please follow the below instructions…

• Log in at https://events.athxgames.com/login
• Go to MY COMPETITIONS (by clicking on your initials in the top right hand corner)
• Under the competition you want to change partners for, click EDIT
• Add e-mail address of new partner
• Your partner will then receive an e-mail invite which they will need to ACCEPT
