If you are unable to compete because of an injury or other unavoidable situation you can either...

Switch to another event

Ask to switch to another 2025 ATHX™ event (excluding the Finals) if;

• There are competitor spaces available in another event
• It is more than 14 days away from the ATHX™ event you have originally entered

Or transfer your place

Sell and transfer your place to another competitor and/or pair, if;

• It is more than 72 hours away from the start of the event

Please e-mail [email protected] to inform us of the change of names, date of births and e-mail addresses of the new athlete(s)

If your partner is injured

If your partner is injured please follow the below instructions…

1. Log in at https://athxgames.com/login
2. Go to MY COMPETITIONS (by clicking on your initials in the top right hand corner)
3. Under the competition you want to change partners for, click EDIT
4. Add e-mail address of new partner
5. Your partner will then receive an e-mail invite which they will need to ACCEPT
