If you are unable to compete due to injury or other unavoidable circumstances, you may:

Defer to another ATHX event

You may request to defer your entry to another 2026 ATHX event (excluding the Finals) provided that:

• Competitor spaces are available at the requested event
• Your original event is more than 28 days away

Please note:

• Deferrals are only permitted within the 2026 event season
• Deferrals into 2027 events will not be accepted under any circumstances

Transfer your place to another competitor or pair

You may privately sell or transfer your entry to another athlete and/or pair provided that:

• The request is made more than 72 hours before the start of the event

Please email [email protected] with the following details for the new athlete(s):

• Full name(s)
• Date(s) of birth
• Email address(es)
• Athlete Gender

If your partner is injured

You can update your partner by following the steps below:

1. Log in at athxgames.com/login
2. Go to MY COMPETITIONS (by clicking your initials in the top right-hand corner)
3. Under the relevant competition, click EDIT
4. Enter the email address of your new partner
5. Your new partner will receive an email invitation which they will need to accept
