What to Expect at ATHX Amsterdam
ATHX is a 2.5-hour continuous fitness competition spanning six zones, with each stage testing a different aspect of fitness.
Competitors will move through:
路 Warm-Up Zone: a dedicated space to mobilise, activate and get competition-ready.
路 Strength Zone: a strength-focused challenge built around lifting.
路 Refuel Zone: a chance to recover, rehydrate and recharge.
路 Endurance Zone: sustained, high-output work designed to test stamina and grit.

路 MetCon X Zone: a functional fitness workout that brings the competition to its final push.
With individual and pairs entries available across male, female and mixed pairings, ATHX Amsterdam brings together athletes ready to put both their strength and endurance to the test.
Start the Weekend with adidas
The action begins before competition day, with adidas hosting activities in Amsterdam on Friday.
The programme includes a shakeout run and hybrid workout, giving participants the chance to get moving ahead of Saturday's competition, followed by a get-together and some photo opps.
Visitors will also be able to discover the adidas x ATHX collection in store, alongside key adidas training products, with some special discounts available during the Friday activities. Don鈥檛 miss the chance to connect with the community and warm up before the competition at RAI Amsterdam.
Adizero Dropset Pro: Ready for the Hybrid Challenge
ATHX Amsterdam puts athletes through a combination of endurance, strength and functional fitness, requiring them to move between very different types of exercise throughout the competition. That versatility also places unique demands on what athletes wear on their feet.
In fact, adidas research found that nearly half (49%) of hybrid athletes globally say their current training footwear limits their performance during workouts, while 47% say their current training shoes do not fully support both running and strength training.

The Road to Lisbon
There's an added incentive for athletes competing in Amsterdam. ATHX Amsterdam is the final European qualifying event ahead of the ATHX Finals in Lisbon, making the Amsterdam competition the last chance for athletes to secure their place at the finale.
