ATHX is a 2.5-hour continuous fitness competition across six zones, with one set challenge designed to test every aspect of fitness and push you to the next level.

Warm-Up Zone
A dedicated space to mobilise, activate, and get competition-ready before stepping onto the ATHX floor.

Strength Zone
Where a true test of strength awaits, get ready, lock in, and start lifting.

Refuel Zone
A place to recover, rehydrate, and recharge so you're ready for what's next.

Endurance Zone
This workout will challenge your engine with sustained, high-output work that tests your stamina and grit.

Recovery Zone
Your space to reset and recharge, with the latest recovery tech so you're ready for the final push.

MetCon X Zone
A workout built to put your functional fitness to the test and leave it all on the Comp Floor.

By Car
Accessible from I-610 (South Loop) via Kirby Drive or Fannin Street. Extensive surface and structured parking lots with a cashless payment system. Dedicated Uber/Lyft pick-up and drop-off zones within the complex. From IAH Airport: approximately 40–50 minutes by car (~28 miles); from Hobby Airport (HOU): about 20–25 minutes.
By Train
The METRORail Red Line stops directly at NRG Park Station, one of the most transit-friendly venues in Houston. Trains run from downtown and the Texas Medical Center.
By Bus & COACH
